Panel Signs
We have two panel signs — they have the same content with the exception of the color. The color indicates the level of sale price.
- Red signs for properties under $1 Million
- Blue signs for properties over $1 Million
Riders
Luxury riders always use the LF Blue. There are two versions based on the listing price.
Offices can order signs from the Business Services link on Foster
$1 Million - $1.49 Million
Luxury listings use riders/toppers in matching LF Blue with "Luxury Portfolio" displayed in white.
$1.5 Million+
Exclusive listings use riders/toppers in matching LF Blue with the Forbes Global Properties logo.

Correct Usage
When adding riders to signage, use the same color as the panel sign to maintain a monochromatic look. Do not mix and match red/blue riders with the signs. They should be either all blue or all red.
